Abrams’ “Lost” received an almost entirely different cast

Survivors of a plane crash are forced to work together to survive on a seemingly deserted tropical island… J.J. See which celebrities missed out on one of the most popular TV shows of all time. The character of Sawyer was originally planned to be an older, street-smart, suit-wearing city slicker from Buffalo, New York. However, when Josh Holloway forgot a line in his audition and then kicked a chair and swore loudly in frustration, the writers liked the edge he brought to the character of Sawyer and decided to write Sawyer as more of a shady, Southern drifter. Jin and Sun are married and share the last name “Kwon,” which becomes a major plot point in the final season. However, when the Koreans get married, the wife never takes her husband’s last name.

The eerie opening credits are by J.J. Abrams on his laptop in black and white as an homage to The Twilight Zone. Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ve probably heard of the hit show LOST. You’ve seen the trailers, read the 5-star reviews, and heard the water cooler talk about it. If you haven’t started watching it yet, you may be wondering if you should.
I’ll like LOST
Well, let’s put it this way. If you like action shows, you’ll like LOST. If you like shows with complicated characters and interactions, you’ll like LOST. If you like comedy shows, you’ll like LOST. If you like shows where you can watch an episode twice and see it in a completely different way. Well, then you’re going to like LOST. If you like shows where every scene has a meaning…
At first there’s confusion
Get it? Simply put, if you’ve ever liked a TV show, you’re hooked. LOST is a series about a plane crash on a mysterious island. 48 people survive, but the show revolves around 14, and each of them has a secret. But as the series progresses, friendships form and we learn that there’s more to the island than meets the eye… The characters are fantastic – ignore the people who think the cast is so diverse. cliché, they’re probably the same people who would have criticized it if it were all white.
Why aren’t you watching?
Bottom line: listen to it. Unless you’re one of those picky people who gets hernias if every detail in the first episode isn’t exactly right, you’ll be baffled. If not, I have to ask the question… 10/10
